I’m Gali Cohen, founder of Lifestyle Property Buyers and a Brisbane buyers agent with 20 years of experience in residential real estate.
Before representing buyers, I spent two decades on the selling side of property. That experience gives my clients an advantage that goes well beyond finding the right home. I understand how selling agents think, how campaigns unfold, what price feedback really means, how vendors respond to offers and where there may be room to negotiate.
I created Lifestyle Property Buyers to bring that experience entirely to the buyer’s side
Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating to Brisbane, investing or searching for your next family home, my role is to take the uncertainty out of the process. I research the market, assess properties objectively, carry out due diligence, communicate directly with selling agents and negotiate with a clear understanding of what is happening on the other side of the transaction.
And because I work on a fixed-fee basis, my fee doesn’t increase with the price you pay for your property. My focus is on securing the right property, on the right terms, at the right price.
I also believe buyers deserve the same level of communication and attention that sellers expect from their agent. You won’t be passed between team members. I work directly with my clients throughout the buying journey, from our first conversation through to a successful purchase.
For me, being a buyers agent isn’t simply about finding property. It’s about knowing what to look for, what to question, when to negotiate and when to walk away.
