We’ve got plenty of experience moving interstate because we’ve done it ourselves! Interstate relocations are full of challenges, and buying property in an unfamiliar city is the least of them. Our interstate relocation service looks after every part of the process. We’ll be there to support your journey and manage suburb research, shortlisting, open homes, interstate travel and more. We go out of our way to make interstate relocations easy, so don’t be afraid to ask for the support you need!

Lots of work goes into buying a property. It’s a big deal, even if you’ve done it before, and a little bit of help can go a long way. We understand that sometimes you’re happy to handle most of the work yourself, but certain parts of the process may be too time-consuming, complicated or overwhelming to deal with. As part of our assessment and negotiations services, we provide ongoing or one-off support to help button down the details and negotiate a deal with the owner, auctioneer or real estate agent.

Our assessment and negotiation service is designed to be flexible. Whether you’re buying through an agent, at auction or directly from the vendor, we can manage the negotiation process. If you like, we can also use our industry partnerships to provide trusted property assessments such as building and pest inspections, conveyancing and quotes from trades for any work you’d like to have done. This makes the negotiation process simple, and it ensures you end up with the perfect home at the right price!

Vendor Advocacy

Getting your home ready for sale is a big task! With nearly two decades of industry experience we’ve seen firsthand how preparation can make a huge difference at sale time. If you want to get the best price for your property, our vendor advocacy services can take care of preparing the home for sale. Working with us puts you in charge of the sale and it means you won’t be locked into dealing with a real estate agent. That gives you total control over the process and the final outcome.

We’ve helped a huge number of clients get their homes ready for sale. We know what works and what doesn’t, and we know what you need to do to get the best price for the property. From coordinating cleaning and staging to creating marketing campaigns, market research, setting the asking price, arranging renovations and more, we’ll share our experience and help make your property stand out!

Auction Bidding

Auctions can be a thrilling experience! But they can also be daunting, especially if you’ve never seen how the process works before. The auctioneer talks fast and there’s lots of competition, so it can be a struggle to keep up without getting swept away in the excitement. Lifestyle Property Buyers are experienced auction agents. We’ve taken part in hundreds of property auctions, and our auction bidding service is designed to take the stress out of closing on your future home.

We offer auction bidding as a part of our other services, but it’s also available on a one-off basis. If you want to do most of the work yourself but need a bit of support at auction time, we’re happy to jump in and help with the final stages. We’ll handle the entire auction bidding process. If you like, we can even help negotiate the final deal with the agent or seller, ensuring you get the best deal possible without accidentally overspending in the heat of the moment!
